Overview
Invoicely is a cloud-powered invoicing solution targeted at small businesses and freelancers. Its biggest attraction is its free plan that allows for unlimited invoices for unlimited number of customers. The software is a third iteration of the original application launched in 2012 for the purpose of bringing forth a modern online invoicing platform for the masses. Since then until the latest version launched only in 2016 which was named Invoicely, the vendor claims to have already 100,000 customers using the software. Invoicely brings with it all the basic functionality expected of a billing and invoicing software such as invoice creation, payment schedules and automatic reminders, workflow automation, managing of business accounts, and client information management, multi-currency support, and data import and export, to name some. Other features such as time, expenses and mileage tracking are reserved for the paid plans. Highlights of the software are its easy navigation and operation and, as mentioned earlier, the availability of a free option which for all intents and purposes would suffice to meet the invoicing needs of individual entrepreneurs and startups.
