Privacy notice

Information we collect

The marketing pages need no account. When you create one we store your email, your name and the sign-in method you chose. We use standard, privacy-respecting web analytics to understand which pages are used. We do not sell visitor or account data to third parties.

What you add about your product

The pages, documents and connected accounts you add are stored so Audyense can build your audience profile and draft content. They are used for your account only, are never used to train models, and are deleted with the account.

Paid services and billing information

If you purchase a paid feature from Audyense, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; Audyense does not store your full card number. We retain the minimum transaction record needed for support, accounting, and refund requests under our Refund Policy.

Cookies

We use a minimal, functional cookie to remember your light/dark theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.

How we use information

Information collected is used only to operate and improve the product, respond to support requests, and process any purchase you make. We do not use visitor or account data for advertising or share it with data brokers.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Deleting your account removes your product data immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by reaching out through the contact page.

Children's privacy

Audyense is a marketing tool for businesses and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
