What counts as a new prospect?

Each person a search finds for the first time. Someone found again in a later search isn't counted twice, and a search that finds nobody doesn't count at all. Each search shows up to 25 people.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

New searches or drafts wait until your month starts again, or until you upgrade. Nothing is taken away: your prospects, drafts and conversations stay, and you can keep sending the drafts you have.

Are follow-ups included?

Yes, on every plan, and they don't count against your drafts. Each email comes with two short follow-ups (day 3 and day 7, which you can change, remove or add to). You approve them with the first email; they go out in the same thread, on weekdays during working hours in your timezone, and stop on their own if the prospect replies, bounces or unsubscribes, or you mark them replied or not a fit. They only go out from inboxes where Audyense can see replies, so nobody gets a follow-up after answering.

What is a sender?

A person sending from Audyense. Each sender can connect one email inbox, one LinkedIn account and one WhatsApp number. Starter has one sender, Pro two and Scale three.

Which accounts can I send from?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any inbox that supports IMAP (Zoho, GoDaddy, Yahoo, iCloud, a company's own server), plus LinkedIn and WhatsApp. You sign in on the secure page of Unipile, our connection partner; Audyense never sees your password. Every message is sent from your own account, one at a time, only after you approve it.

Is it safe to send on LinkedIn and WhatsApp?

Each account has a daily limit you control, and nothing goes out without your approval. LinkedIn doesn't officially allow tools that send for you and restricts accounts that send many requests quickly, so keep volumes low. WhatsApp is for people who'd expect to hear from you there; it bans numbers that message many strangers.

Can I see who opened my email or clicked a link?

Yes, if you leave open and click tracking on (it's on by default, and you can switch either off in Settings). Each sent email shows whether it was opened, how often, and whether a link was clicked. Opens are approximate by nature: Apple Mail loads images whether or not an email is read, company security scanners follow links, and Outlook often blocks images. Audyense counts those automated loads and visits separately instead of passing them off as interest. Replies, which are what matter, are detected automatically.

Is the priority score a prediction?

No. It is points for checks you can see on every prospect: buying signals, role, seniority, industry, company size, location, time in role and whether an email is available. It puts the most obvious fits first; it does not claim to know who will buy.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for ten months and get twelve. Your prospects and drafts still come as a monthly allowance, starting again on the same day each month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from Settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
