The details
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Drafting stops until you top up or your plan resets. Nothing you have already paid for is taken away: your connected accounts stay connected, and you can still publish drafts you already have.
- Do credits expire?
- The credits included with your plan reset at the end of each billing month. Credits you buy separately last a year. Your plan's credits are always spent before the ones you bought, so you never lose paid credits to a reset.
- What if a draft or a post fails?
- You get the credits back. A draft that was never written and a post that never went out are both refunded automatically, to the same place they came from.
- Why does the free plan not include posting?
- A connected account costs us money every day it stays connected, whether or not anything is posted. So the free plan gives you the audience research and the drafts, and you copy them out yourself.
- Can I connect more accounts than my plan includes?
- Yes. Extra accounts cost credits per day, charged only for the days they are actually connected. Disconnect one and it stops costing you that same day.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time, from Settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
