Terms of service

By accessing or using audyense.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Audyense is an AI tool for software vendors that finds the people most likely to buy their product. You add what you know about your product; Audyense builds a profile of your ideal customers, finds matching prospects from third-party data providers, explains why each one fits, and drafts first emails for you to approve. Anything that would be sent on your behalf is sent only after you approve it. Using the product requires an account.

Audience profiles and everything else Audyense generates are produced by AI models from the sources you provide and from public web data. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review everything before you rely on it or act on it — Audyense makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness of generated output.

You keep ownership of the documents and pages you add and of anything you approve. You are responsible for what is sent from any account you connect: nothing is sent without your approval, and what you approve must comply with applicable law and the rules of the service it is sent through. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings.

You may only add sources you have the right to use, and you may not use the Service to generate or send anything that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights. When you contact prospects you must follow applicable anti-spam and data protection law, including honouring every request not to be contacted. You may not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or share one account across organisations.

Plans are billed as subscriptions, monthly or yearly, each with a monthly allowance of new prospects and drafts and a number of senders. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before purchase, and our Refund Policy applies to any such purchase.

The Audyense name, logo, and site design are owned by Audyense. Names, logos, and trademarks of the services you connect and of the products that appear in your research belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them, not to imply endorsement.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audyense is not liable for any decision made or loss incurred based on generated output, including the consequences of anything you approve.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
