It runs as Teradata Cloud (on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), on-premises via Teradata Factory, or in hybrid/sovereign configurations. Teradata Corporation was founded in 1979 and spun off as an independent public company again in 2007 after operating as an NCR/AT&T division.
